Welcome to the San Ramon Valley United Methodist Church. We are a congregation of real people, living real lives in the real world, supporting one another in a community where we are always learning what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Our church buildings are located on the border between Alamo and Danville. They are filled all week long with worship, programs, classes, small groups, and service opportunities for about 1200 current members and plenty of space for everyone who would like to join us. We are young and old, liberal and conservative, faithful and searching.
Our motto is “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors.” This is a church where all people are welcome, just as they are.
If you are looking for a place to live out your Christian faith in community, or just to explore it; if you are looking for a choice of worship experience, traditional or contemporary; if you are looking for sermons that speak to both the intellect and the heart; if you are looking for people who are as comfortable with questions as they are with answers; if you are looking for a community of people who enjoy being together and making a difference in the world—this may be the place for you.
